Blue Bourbon Jacks was hands-down my favorite part of living in High Point. Daily specials mean there's always a good drink you can get cheap, and the live music is always great. The bartenders are amazing and the owner is a super nice guy.

I love this place. Been going there since their opening and have loved it thru all its changes. It's my go-to bar, to have a fun and an awesome night. Really, the only place worth going to in High Point, NC.

Great atmosphere good drinks reasonable prices, live bands on weekends (usually) I don't go out and decided to start, BBJ's is where I landed and I was completely comfortable there after out having had a social life for about 7 years. I've been back twice more and I really like the place, just hate going alone. But that's how things are and since that's so, well.. I think I'll stick with them!

If you go here and don't have a great time, it's your own fault. The new owner, Brian, is great and will still be your go-to bartender on busy nights. Pool tables are well kept, drinks are cheap (especially on mondays), and the live music is always good. Twisted River Jucntion is a must see every Thursday night! This place has come a long way since the change in ownership. If you haven't been since Brian took over, you should definitely give it another shot.

Good spot for all ages. Great/attractive bartenders, atmosphere and well poured drinks. Definitely get what you pay for. All staff was respectful and friendly despite being busy. Owners were there tonight and were great people as well. You can’t go wrong. Will definitely be back. PS: you can also order food in from anywhere.

Nice bar in high point we went last night. The drinks were really good I tried the cheerwine shot which was good. But my favorite that I had was the Jolly rancher shot. The staff were nice and friendly

Blue Bourbon Jacks is a great place. Even though they don't serve food, there is a little BBQ place next door and they allow outside food. Their game room is off the chain, equipped with pool tables, dart boards, an electronic punching bag, and other games along with great tunes. Patrons and staff are super friendly. It's a membership-only bar, but the yearly fee is a mere 15 bucks.

Blue Bourbon Jacks is without question the best bar in the city. Now granted, it's High Point, and the bar isn't insanely high but BBJ's would be top tier in any city. It's got dive bar prices without the cramped run down feeling of a dive, though it maintains all the positive charms of one. BBJ's has changed a lot over the last few decades but through that change has grown into a perfect representation of the city as a whole. It's a wonderful balance of old southern sensibilities and young progressive weirdness. A place for both the poor and the rich to enjoy phenomenal local and touring musicians. Really the only good music venue around. There's pool, darts, and conversations ranging from the lighthearted and mundane to the serious and consequential. Friendly staff and the owner, Brian, is one best human beings to ever exist. Ten out of ten, would recommend. Oh but their wine list sucks. Don't come here for wine.

Super cool spot! Great selection of drinks here. All cocktails were prepared very well and the bartender was very nice and friendly. Jukebox, pool tables and live music here
